Which is the difference between a certified diamond and a non-certified diamond? 

A certified diamond is a diamond that has been evaluated by an independent laboratory.  The certificate, in itself, does not change the nature of the diamond.  A certificate contains the description and exact characteristics of a diamond and the proof of its quality.  It constitutes in a way the identity card of a diamond. 

 

How to maintain / clean my diamonds and jewels? 

You can clean your jewels and diamonds with soapy water and rinse it after with hot water.  If it is still not clean after this procedure, we recommend using boiling water with a teaspoon of bleach.  Rinse with clean water and use a small brush to remove any small residue left after washing. 

 

Will I be able to personalize my jewel? 

Personalization is at the heart of what we do.  First of all, you have the timeliness to create your own diamond ring or a diamond pendent while choosing the diamond and the mounting, the crimping will then be carried out in our workshops.   For more personalization, we also offer the possibility to engrave the words of your choice inside your mounting.

 

Can I send a gift directly to someone?   

The diamond of your choice is placed in a box for protecting in shipping. The case is packed with precaution in a gift box, which is also protected.  An accompaniment card is also included with a message of your choice.  You can have the gift delivered to your personal address, to your office address, or it can be sent directly to the person who will receive the gift.
